GETTING THERE:
Long Island is located within the Whitsunday's Islands group on the north eastern coast of Queensland, Australia.

By Ferry:
Cruise Whitsundays operate regular services from:

• Airlie Beach - 20 minutes from Shute Harbour or Abel Point Marina
• Hamilton Island - 30 minutes from Airport/Marina

By Air:
The Whitsunday's are serviced by two domestic airports, Great Barrier Reef Airport on Hamilton Island and Whitsunday Coast Airport on the mainland at Proserpine. Flying time is approximately 1.5 hours north of Brisbane, 2 hours north of Sydney, 3 hours from Melbourne and 1.5 hours from Cairns to Hamilton. Direct services operate from Cairns, Brisbane Sydney and Melbourne, with domestic and international connections via Brisbane, Sydney and Cairns airports.

By Road:
The Whitsunday's can be accessed by the Bruce Highway which covers the East coast of Queensland from Cairns to Brisbane. Dependant on conditions, driving time from Brisbane is approximately 12 hours north to Airlie Beach and Shute Harbour and 8 hours south from Cairns. Regular coach services also operate into Airlie Beach. Secure Car Parking is available at Shute Harbour and Abel Point Marina close to the launch departure.
